Frequently asked questions
What is the difference between classic, volume and mega volume?
With classic 1:1, one extension is applied to each natural lash for a natural look. With volume (2D–3D or 4D–5D), several fine extensions are applied as a fan to each natural lash; mega volume from 6D uses even more for an especially full look.
When should I come for a refill?
You can come for a refill after 2, 3 or 4 weeks. The price depends on the time since your last appointment – all prices are in the price list.
What is a lash lift?
A lash lift curls and lifts your own natural lashes – no extensions needed.
Can I have eyelash extensions removed?
Yes, removal of eyelash extensions is available as a separate treatment. You can find the current price in the price list.
Can I book nails and lashes in one appointment?
Yes. Simply select several treatments when booking online – total duration and price are calculated automatically and only matching free times are shown.
Are there any discounts?
Yes: pupils, students and pensioners get 10% off. The offer cannot be combined with other special discounts.
